Yeah...as you can see Sky's father had a wicked sense of humor...given his girly look(and my inability to make manly looking guys...OTL) his father couldn't help but think he was so cute and would dress him up in dresses and put bows in his hair, given that he wouldn't let Sky trim his ginger hair. Sky didn't like putting on dresses, it made him feel less manly, but the look and attention his dad gave him made him endure it. His dad was all he had, and he liked seeing him happy, even if it meant going out in public in a dress.
